Founded in 1982, Dyne, Inc. was originally established within a small, 60 square foot office. Initially developed within the service industry as designers and builders of custom decks. In 1986, a change of ownership began guiding Dyne, Inc. in a new direction, manufacturing products for consumer use.

In the fall of 1996, Dyne, Inc. unveiled a new line of "Custom Plans" which includes over 70 different designs associated with the construction of decks, pool decks and gazebos. These Do-It-Yourself plans can be purchased in hundreds of home centers and lumberyards throughout the United States.

To expand our already popular line of products, in late 1997 Dyne, Inc. developed and implemented a strong sales and marketing campaign to promote a new product line within our current assortment. Ultra Protect Window Well Covers.

Beginning with a few local dealers, Dyne, Inc. quickly grew the window well cover division into a multi-million dollar business with thousands of dealers across the entire USA. We also produce a full line of window well escape ladders, college dorm loft bed kits as well as point of purchase, literature rack display systems.

Dyne, Inc is currently manufacturing home improvement products within two Midwest facilities. A 36,000 sq ft. facility in Will County, IL and a 25,000 sq. ft., facility in Grundy County, IL.

Through new product development and acquisitions, Dyne, Inc. continues to grow, placing itself as the leader in each of the categories we represent.
